EO Accelerator is a 12 month programme with monthly meetings helmed by our entrepreneur-coaches and 4 annual learning events.

Monthly meetings are compulsory and forge incredibly tight bonds in a confidential and vulnerable peer setting.

Growth companies’ most difficult decisions involve getting the right people in the right seats. Is everyone in your company aligned, pulling their weight, and contributing as they should?

One common challenge that quietly sneaks up on successful growth companies is the subtle transition from excellent, precise execution to passivity, complacency, and eventually poor execution disciplines. Accelerator Cash Flow to Fuel Your Growth
The first law of entrepreneurial gravity is “Growth sucks cash.” We encourage companies to examine their cash acceleration strategies. This measures the time between spending a dollar (on marketing, design, rent, wages, etc.) and earning that dollar back throughout the company.

Entry Requirements

EO Accelerator Singapore uses a strict set of entry requirements and uses an interview process to ensure that only the most committed groups of people join our community.

To join our programme you will be required to:

  • Have achieved annual business revenue of $250,000
  • Attend an interview by our Coaches and Programme Leads
  • Submit an introductory video of yourself
  • Submit a business plan that demonstrates potential for growth and scale

Successful applicants will be invited to join us at one of the TWO intakes annually in January and July

You must accept the offer and make payment of the annual fees within 14 days of being offered. No extensions will be granted.

About the Interview

This meeting is for us to answer any questions you have about our programme and also for us to assess if you are a good fit for EO Accelerator. You can better prepare for this session by considering the following questions

  • What business are you in?
  • What industry are you in?
  • Tell us about why you want to join EO Accelerator
  • What are the biggest roadblocks/challenges to your business today?
  • What does your business need the most right now

You are allowed to renew your membership in EO Accelerator TWICE (total tenure: 3 years).

Each renewal is subject to meeting the following criteria:

  • Strong year-on-year growth
  • Coaches written recommendations
  • Meeting all attendance requirements
  • Submission of annually updated yearly vision summary and business plan

Notes : Members of EO must be the owner, founder or majority stakeholder of a business earning a minimum of US$1 million in revenue during the most recent fiscal year. Venture-backed companies must have either privately raised funds of at least US$2 million or publicly raised funds of US$5 million, and a minimum of 10 employees.
