Rahul supported me through startup, negotiation, and exit, walking me through the process and steadying me emotionally. The program gave me a powerful framework to scale my business and shift from a sole proprietor mindset to a true business owner. I now apply systems in strategy, execution, cash, and people, and use adaptable KPIs to keep the business accountable. It also freed me from many administrative tasks, so I can focus on activities that truly move the needle. These are insights that would have taken me years to figure out on my own, but the program helped me get there much faster, while also helping me see my blind spots more clearly and deal with them sooner.
It has accelerated my growth by giving me tools to run the business more efficiently, quantify processes, and lead with greater confidence. I’ve learned how to delegate better, align my team, and work more effectively with partners who have very different personalities, by turning those differences into strengths. Most importantly, the community of peers across different businesses has given me fresh insights and friendships, and reminded me that I’m not alone in this journey.
